°Ü¤ë = ¤¦¤±¤ë= to move
To remember this kanji, I think of the left-side radical as a person and the right-side radical as two places, with the person moving between them.

°Ü, (pronunciation: ¤¦¤Ä) means to move from one place to another. The way I remember it has less to do with its meaning but more to do with the way the character looks - the radical looks like the stem of grains, while the right part looks at like 2 flags being next to each other.
