¤®¤ç¤¦¡¡independently means occupation, work; business; studies, arts. For me it is most commonly recognized from Â´¶È(graduation) or¡¡¼ø¶È(class), which is associated with school. So when I think of this kanji, I imagine the work it takes to write the 13 strokes to complete it. I am also reminded of the way I stack my books on top of my desk when I see this kanji.
