K373

³

The kanji ³(tsuduku) means to continue. Since left radical by itself means to sell i use that idea in how i look at the kanji. To me the kanji looks like a shop owner wearing a special hat indicating that he is the own of the shop. Since most shop owners hope for continuation of there store it helps me to remember that it means to continue.

³

To Continued -

The left radical is the same left radical as "to tie" (). The right radical is the same right radical in "to read" (). Combined (left and right), the kanji for "to continue" looks like "tied/married to reading".
