This is the kanji for sushi. It is very strange, there are many kanji for sushi, but I think this one is the best. The radical is an uohen radical and isµû¡¡(fish) and it has a total of 17 strokes. The onyomi is ¥·¡¡or¡¡¥¡¢and the kunyomi is ¤¹¤·¡£ You can use the kanji to make sushi shop as in ò¿²°¡£
It contains the kanji for fish (sakana) and day (nichi), and it also contains katakana hi. So I thought that it was like a man (hi) who ate fish every day, which would be sushi.
