The College of Liberal Arts and its faculty participate in a number of interdisciplinary programs. One dynamic example is the Confucius Institute at Purdue, which promotes and facilitates Chinese language learning and cultural study.

On October 14, LSC and CIP hosted the Indiana Superintendent’s roundtable on China to share our experiences on developing Chinese language programs with the superintendents at K-12 schools.
